Like any aircraft, the Liberty takes off and lands at airports and suitable airstrips — it needs only about a 600-foot takeoff roll and as little as 100 feet to land, so any public-use or permitted private airfield works. The road-legal driving leg is what makes it unique: New Hampshire passed the nation’s first roadable aircraft law (HB 1182, 2020), allowing Liberty owners to drive on public roads to and from the airfield.
